Woo hoo! A moment in time to actually create something. I got this image as part of a WISH RAK from Michelle Lehmer. I LOVE what she sent me in her RAK package. It is "Oh, so Lovely." The image is colored with Stampin' Pastels, the ribbon I got in a Demo Secret Sister and the "Inspire" was given to me by my best friend. It was a dollar spot find at Target. Enjoy.
